JETS JOURNAL - #106
November 4, 2025
Hi All!
Here is your weekly round up of what I’m pondering and exploring. Feel free to forward along to a friend if you think they might enjoy.
Acting
Last weekend I got to be the lead actor and play a teacher in a skit promoting my friends at ARCO’s upcoming runway show.
It took me a while to warm up but once I did, it was so much fun.
It also felt like it allowed me to express another side of myself that hardly gets to see the light.
I really enjoyed the challenge doing something that forced me to rise to another level.
I would love to act again and I can’t wait to see how the video comes out.
Thank you to the boys at ARCO (Dom, Kieran and Satya) for the oppurtunity, and good luck with the show in December.

Learning to Wait
What Impatience Does
- Impatience ruins your goals.
 - Impatience ruins your investments.
 - Impatience ruins your relationships.
 - Impatience makes you think short term.
 - Impatience distracts you.
 - Impatience makes you self sabotage.
 - Impatience makes you uncertain.
 - Impatience makes you doubt.
 - Impatience makes you irrational.
 - Impatience makes you anxious.
 - Impatience makes you exhausted.
 - Impatience leaves you vulnerable.
 - Impatience makes you a target.
 - Impatience makes you gives up.

What Patience Does
- Patience creates conviction.
 - Patience lets you grow.
 - Patience creates sustainability.
 - Patience creates focus.
 - Patience creates longevity.
 - Patience lets you think long term.
 - Patience helps you stay calm.
 - Patience makes you grounded.
 - Patience builds certainty.
 - Patience increases belief.
 - Patience makes you anti-fragile.
 - Patience builds your endurance.
 - Patience keeps you going.

The reason why I share the two lists above is because I’ve struggled with being patient for a huge majority of my life and have seen the devastating effects this can have.
Alternatively, I’ve also seen the other side and what patience brings.
Thankfuly, I’m starting to see how society manufactures this false urgency reap fear in peoples lives. It’s ugly but the world will trick you for its own benefit and use you at your own expense if you’re not careful…
“Although impatience might win you a battle or two, it’s patience that will win you the war.”
Pen Pals
Lately I’ve been sending letter like emails back and forth to a few people and have really enjoyed this method of communication.
These emails are nothing like Instagram DMs that are short, shallow and dry.
Instead, these are genuine, sincere and reveal much more to a person than a quick text would.
I’m really thankful that I have people who are open to communicating with me.
If you’d like to write me a digital letter feel free to send literally anything to mail@jetwilliams.com and I’ll get back to you when I get a chance.
Which reminds me, I love how writing a letter removes that teetering anxiety that text culture has instilled in us to expect instant replies.
With letters you can take your time, think about what you want to say and hit send whenever you’re ready.

Kevin Gates
I watched this recent interview with the rapper Kevin Gates and really enjoyed what he had to share. And even though you probably know him for some of the outragoues things he’s said and done over the years (think, dih all in yoh stomach, or starting a car battery with his bare hands, the video below is bubbling with spiritual insight, guidance and sincerity.
Off the Rails
Recently, me and my good friend Max (the guy who I hitchhiked across America with) shot an ad to help promote my book Off the Rails.
We casted real kids from off the street and spent the day dodging Sydney Trains workers while shooting, because obviously, we didn’t have a permit.
I really enjoyed working on a project with more people than just myself. Seeing all the moving parts come together was such a rewarding experiance.
I’m very excited for you to see the video once it’s finished.

Hope everyone enjoys their week.
Love,
Jet Williams
